Employee Referral Program encourages Svalsoft Inc employees to refer qualified candidates
for the positions available in the company. Once Svalsoft Inc hires a candidate
referred by any of the employees, they would be receiving a one time employee referral
bonus of $1000 for each referral. The bonus shall be paid within 30 days of the
new hire assuming duties and remaining employed by Svalsoft for a period of 90 days.
